Job Description
- Work with the team to design user centric products for all our internal as well as user facing mobile and web platforms
- Work closely with product and business team to understand the problem statements
- Carry out extensive research on competitive and market analysis to understand current trends and make decisions conforming to standard design guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze user experience problems and create design solutions covering user journeys and exhaustive user cases.
- Create wireframes or mockups, designs, clickable prototypes, sketches and written specifications for all the user cases.
- Identify application bottlenecks, corner cases and bugs
- Perform iterations by taking positive feedback from stakeholder teams.
- Elicit constructive feedback from stakeholder teams and interpret it into practical and creative design solutions.
- Have the capability to work and collaborate within the team while taking complete ownership of delivery

Skills Required
- Creation of illustrations
- Knowledge on icon design and mockup is a mandate.
- Professional portfolio showcasing your UI capabilities
- Familiarity with current design and industry trends
- An understanding of design related software such as (but not limited to) Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop Suite, Marvel, Zeplin
- Comfort in beginning with low fidelity wireframes and moving to high fidelity prototypes
