About the Company:

we’re kode/on, a marketing agency based in chennai.
With a primary focus on marketing, we are an independent creative agency making
work look less scientific and more like a story well told by providing brands with content,
designs, strategy, websites and more importantly unique identities.
Our idea/approach of working with brands to provide them with the best in-store is
solely through the vision of breaking the monotony of restricting creativity to a “box”.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral using the
design briefs shared.
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts and
present ideas.
· Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current client workload
· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate colors and
layouts.
· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
· Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

Qualification:

· Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design
software
· Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
