Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
Must have 1-3 years of video editing and graphic designing experience.
· Must have in-depth knowledge & skill with Adobe suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
· Conceptualize and execute digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers, etc. based on the requirements.
· Must have a strong understanding of and prior expertise in translating ad copies, scripts, brand concepts, and marketing objectives into visual stories
· Must have strong video editing skills – cutting raw footage into the right flow, color correction, supers, etc.
· Must have prior experience working with marketing & branding teams in developing collateral for ads, social media, websites, and other digital media
· Good ability to produce static creatives for ads, social media, mailers, websites, etc. is preferred
· Motion graphics experience is preferred
· Must be able to develop creatives in line with brand guidelines
· Must be comfortable working within tight deadlines and be able to plan and prioritize work as per objectives
· Most importantly, aspiring applicants must be willing to learn, grow and drive results
Skills
· A strong understanding of balanced digital designs with the visual aesthetics of various digital channels.
· Experience in graphics, illustrations, animation, and photo manipulation skills.
· An interesting portfolio that demonstrates the fundamentals of design, from layout and typography to color and composition.
· Ability to work under minimal supervision and display strong independent behavior.
· Should be a visual storyteller and able to transform information, messages, and concepts into high-quality assets that educate inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand.
· Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (at least Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere).
· Awesome time management skills, with experience in working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Up to date with the industry’s leading software and technologies.
· Experience with PowerPoint and other creative software is a big plus.
