Job Description
- To facilitate 300 relevant potential site Visits/meetings per Annum exclusively through online – SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Google AdWords.
- To complete all corresponding firms website growth in Google within 6 months time using SEO, Google Analytics, Ad words & more to be on top page to ensure max views & clicks by Clients
- To develop an end-to-end customised Digital Marketing Framework with timeline & financials & to narrow down the goals to meet – month & week wise efforts. To plan annually and to track the performance w.r.t Sales & targets both Monthly & Quarterly.
- Develops and maintains online brochures, property image materials, Signage & all digital marketing related collaterals
- Create, Maintain & manage all social media marketing –
- Instagram (Posters)

- Youtube Channel
- Linkedin &
- Whatsapp (Posters)
- Also to take care of negative feedbacks & to pass them on to the team for improvisation & actions.
- Uses and interprets all reporting necessary for sound marketing recommendations, including but not limited to relevant databases & More Reviews and provides analysis on all digital campaigns – website & email campaign tracking, for individual property sites as well as corporate email campaign
- Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts and Manages Digital marketing budget throughout year
- Executes efficient Vendor Mgmt with all online Vendors such as Sulekha, 99acres, magicbricks, OLX & more etc and to obtain potential leads, take charge of the packages with the vendors and to ensure smooth relationship through the year
- Plans and supervises all photo shoots, developing shot list while keeping goals of Tharini Developers & brand image in mind & Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales & Marketing Opportunities
- To ensure completion of online Marketing creative for all existing units of sale on time within the budget & to execute those positioning of the creative to the corresponding location and target audience within the time to handle
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts & best practices.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing, Analytical mindset & critical thinking.
- Manage an organization’s website, social media platforms & maintain it, keeping best practices in mind.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
- Create & maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Extremely good at MS office – Outlook, Excel & PowerPoints
- Excellent communication, Analytical, Multitasking & Interpersonal skills.
