Job Responsibilities

- Offers immediate and productive assistance to the undertaking undertaken.

- Liaise with different divisions, for example, Client support, Customer Examinations, or Installments groups as needed to determine Customer issues and inquiries in a powerful manner.

- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light.
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.

- The Support Associate demonstrates end-to-end ownership of every client interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to customers.
