Job Responsibilities

The function requires a creative thinker who can conceive of campaigns and communication of the brand. It requires a creative and entrepreneurial thinker.

• Capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Excellent communication abilities and a thorough knowledge of both print and web design

• Have a deep understanding of the brand, brand guidelines (words, colors), the client’s core message, target audience, and other needs of the client (budget, etc.)

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, PowerPoint, and other programs is usually required to apply

• Knowledge of HTML, PHP, and other Web experiences like WordPress is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of each step of a strategy campaign’s process to give creative direction, keep work on schedule, and advise the team on the most effective route of communication.

• Knowledge of Web Applications, testing websites is an added advantage

• Picking up new technologies fast

• Design catalogs, brochures, flyers, leaflets, emailers, newsletters, and the gamut

• Multi-tasking: There will be multiple projects on various brands going on at the same time. This role requires the ability to jump from project to project seamlessly

• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless project creation and launch.

• Stay on top of UI and design trends and provide interactive/design strategy as needed.
