Job Description

Our Digital Advertising team is looking for a Digital Ads Strategist to add to the growing team. This person works closely with our partners, their clients, and the Advertising specialist team. This role involves a high level of strategic thinking and planning, project management and technical advertising knowledge.
The ideal candidate is comfortable building digital marketing strategies and working cross-functionally across several departments, has excellent time management skills, and is data-driven. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change is a valuable asset.

Job Responsibilities

• Build digital marketing strategies based on client’s requirement

• Recommend the right products by doing research on local factors and competitors

• Manage all communications and projects associated with these accounts, including reporting on results and suggestions for improvements

• Campaign optimization and changes to campaigns, focusing on urgent requests with edits or updates but working closely with the specialist team

• Ensure campaigns are tracking and measuring properly, placing codes and generating goals within Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics

• Create reports for campaigns, provide strategic insights, and present these on a recurring basis

• Answer questions from the partner and their clients about their Advertising

• Identify opportunities to upsell accounts and present it to the client

Skills Required

• Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client’s KPIs or drive business results

• Experience creating and monitoring Paid Social Media campaigns and SEM campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google & Bing

• Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance

• Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) an asset

• Approachable and passionate problem-solver

• Excellent English communication skills
