What you will be doing at PickYourTrail?

• You will be closely collaborating with founders, marketing & advertisement strategists, and content writers to create compelling advertisements
• You will be owning an end-to-end campaign from ideation to post-launch impact analysis which includes ideating, conceptualizing, and presenting the story to stakeholders
• You will come up with unique storyboards to accompany the various editorial publications of Pickyourtrail (ads, social media, walls, your graphics could be anywhere)
• Work with product design to help build a singular design language(iconography, illustrations, photos, design system) across the Pickyourtrail experience

Skillset requirements

• Minimum of 2-years experience and a maximum of 4-years experience
• Ability to work, plan and strategize with multiple stakeholders like marketing, content and product design for their requirements
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Own design-related metrics like Click Through Rate (CTR), ThruPlay for advertisements and experiment to improve their day in and day out
• A deep love for well-designed typefaces and the ability to use it in innovative manners
• Comfortable with design tools of your choice (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or ProCreate)
• Should have clarity in thought and articulation
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Lead a team of young graphic and motion designers and inspire them
• Should be able to understand and appreciate that chaos/randomization is the only constant at a startup
