Job Description

Study design briefs and determine requirements

· Schedule projects and defines budget constraints

· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

· Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce a final design

· Test graphics across various media

· Amend designs after feedback

· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

· Video editor who has experience with the corporate video editing in Premiere Pro to join our team.

· Solid understanding of how cameras, lighting, and sound recording works.

· Solid understanding of photo, video, and audio editing.

· Fluent in Premiere pro. – Experience working on Apple computers. Experience in sourcing music, sound effects, stock photos, and stock videos from various free online libraries.

· Transform creative ideas into reality, create and edit visual communication material (images and video) to be used for social media and other digital/print mediums.

· Understand the brand vision, strategy, and audience; implement and refine the brand’s visual identity

· Research and deepen knowledge of design processes, resources, and trends in the industry

· Editing of all videos for different Brands and social media channels Editing videos in proper and correct formats based on channels and use Editing and optimizing videos for Facebook, Instagram (IG TV/Reels), TikTok, snap Chat, Disney Hotstar, Pinterest, YouTube, and web use Design and animate motion graphics Execute final video production including color correction, text, graphics, sound design/mixing and exporting

· Good communication skills both written and verbal.

· Computer skills including using email, spreadsheets, word documents, and setting up peripherals.

· Research and problem-solving skills using documentation and online resources. Desire to better yourself and grow.

· Desire to be useful in helping to grow our own company.

· Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, 3D experience – Graphic design for web and print experience – Proficient in Premiere Proficient in After Effects Proficient in Photoshop Proficient in Illustrator.
