Job Responsibilities
- New Client acquisition (global) and employee recruitment.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, Email, Social Media and print-journal advertisements for global client acquisition.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using Google Analytics, Google Ad-words.
- Regularly create creatives on Photoshop/ AI/ Dreamweaver, for marketing, promotional and client interactions.
- Manage recruitment via Naukri.com, newspaper ads, consultancy agencies.
