Job Requirements
- Conduct the training as per the guidelines and training material
- Prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for learning batches
- Inspire students to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjects
- Guide students through development of a real-world projects that will showcase their abilities
- Researching industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Responsible to evaluate and screening the performance on time.
- Mentoring and coaching team members as appropriate
Skills Required
- Strong Knowledge in Digital Marketing
- Patience to understand student problems and impart training
- Should be able to train on planning and execution on all digital marketing concepts.
- Good in Preparing training material (presentations, worksheets etc)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Very strong communication skills
