Job description:

We’re looking for super creative people who can understand a script/brief and translate it into amazing videos. You should have experience in making explainer videos.

You need to be a rock star at motion graphics in 2d. You should be fully conversant in Adobe suite like After Effects, Photoshop Illustrator, Premier Pro, and plugins like Trap code etc. Experience is not an issue for the right person – we’re looking for someone passionate and committed. The right attitude and ability to grow is what we want. Some relevant experience creating motion graphics full time is all we need. You should be a pro at masterfully bringing visual elements and stories to life. WLinks to online portfolios/reels should be included on resumes submitted in order to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Past experience in Editing software- Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
• Ability to work on a written script and produce motion graphic videos based on it.
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, video infographics etc.)
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

Skills:

• Mandatory Skills – Adobe After Effect, Photoshop.
• Good-to-have Skills – Adobe Premier CC 2015, Adobe Illustrator CC, Knowledge of Expressions.
• Where applicable, producing motion graphics from concept to delivery.
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and graphical sequence.
• Optimizing the workflow by tightening the production process with automated techniques.
