• Oversees all company social media accounts management
• Researches and analyses social media trends, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and promotes brand-focused messages
• Responsible for the creation of social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Produces appropriate content for varied social media channels
• Tracks social media influencers
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Moderates all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Creates editorial calendars and syndication schedules for clients
