Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Social Media and Content Manager should be able to demonstrate their content, technical management, and communication skills.
To liaise with clients to get the approval of campaigns and content, understanding their changing needs, and adapting our approach to social media management for them accordingly.
To create, schedule, and distribute the content – with boost posts and paid media.
Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Content Creation, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
To be the first point of contact for the brand for any potential customers, i.e. you must constantly engage with the community and handle all online conversations and queries, including calls and messages on Whatsapp
Respond to live customer queries – which is an expansive database with all necessary information and FAQs

Desired Candidate Profile :

Previous experience in a social media or content marketing agency with a proven portfolio in managing social media accounts.
Not compulsory, but definite priority if you have graphic design/illustration experience and are comfortable with using Photoshop, Illustrator.
Well-versed in client relationship management and project management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication.
Someone rigorous, resourceful, sociable, creative, and self-motivated.
