Job Responsibilities

• Talking to the client at the onboarding stage – to understand their requirements and suggest creative ideas for their social media marketing.
• Understanding the client’s branding and creative direction.
• Creating innovative marketing ideas that will do well on social media and match the client’s brand.
• Drawing out a content plan detailing the kind of content that will go out on the client’s social media over the next month.
• Working with the writing, design and production teams to create the content.
• Working with the advertising team to handle the paid promotions behind the campaign.
• Understanding from the operations team the insights on the advertising and presenting it to the client along with suggestions for future improvements.
• Our services extend across social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter) Digital (Google adwords, Display Remarketing, SEO) and Email. A candidate who wishes to join must be well aware of these services and how to use them. He/she must be an avid user of these platforms.
• It goes without saying that excellent written and oral English Communication is integral to the job. The candidate must be customer-centric and be able to understand and execute on the client’s marketing.
• There will be travelling within the city as part of the job.
