Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partner
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Create original digital content across various social media platforms.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Copy-editing and proofreading articles, business documents, web content & graphics designing.
- Writing engaging posts for various social networks including Face book, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In etc. based on the target audiences behaviours.
- Experience creating or content for websites, newsletters, blogs etc.
- Experience in digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), Google analytics etc.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Excellent with MS Office especially PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in various software such as Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw etc. will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team and have a dedicated approach to working within and meeting strict deadlines.
