Job Responsibilities
- To create and implement innovative design solutions for the Web App, MobileApp & Websites.
- Execute all visual design creatively with out of box thinking.
- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness in using the products. complex design roadblocks.
- Ensure that styling used in the works justify the quality that we like to deliver to clients.
- Design best in class products with international design standards and benchmarks.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers, clients and executive level stakeholders.
- Conduct design research and evaluate user feedback.
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UI designers.
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven UI experience with a strong portfolio. Professional Design course is definitely an add-on.
- Solid knowledge in UI designs for App & Websites for all devices.
- Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions and present it to various stakeholders.
- To be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
