Job Description

• Learning quickly. We don’t expect anyone to be a know-it-all, and we like people who jump at new challenges. We’re looking for a general-purpose problem solver.
• Doing whatever is necessary to get a product off the ground. This includes setting product vision and feature ideation.
• Creating wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate requirements clearly to product, engineering, and executive teams.
• Studying, understanding, and following design guidelines, best practices, and standards. A great designer is directly involved in setting and evolving the design standards we use throughout the company.
• Staying up-to-date with the leading UI/UX techniques, trends, and technologies.
• Working with other designers in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and/or other prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Designing, coordinating, conducting, and synthesizing the results of user research sessions and experiments. Our designers are scientists, too.
• Communicating proactively and enthusiastically across all the involved project teams. Strong writing skills are necessary.

• Experience in motion design & 3D art/animation
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in branding, communication, and marketing
