Job description:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• One of the biggest job focus will be to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how websites, mobile apps or IOT things function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Should have experience of handling UX designs for some/all functionalities of a product (Mandatory)
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or any other such tools.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Graduates/Post graduates with degree in UI/UX design will be preferred
