We, Primates Development are looking for highly creative UI/UX designers who have the ability to apply a deep understanding of user-centered design to create elegant enterprise application flows, prototypes, and data visualizations. Our ideal candidates will be responsible for architecting and building these applications as well as coordinating with an amazing team responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams
Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Able to present a portfolio of work that demonstrates a passion for experience design. Candidates should also be familiar with user-research methods to inform design requirements
You’ve at least one year of hands-on experience in doing UX/UI design for web/mobile apps.
You’ve excellent handle of design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
You must be able to showcase your experience in building wireframes, storyboards, and user journeys.
You have an eye for usability in everything.
You’re a constant learner. You are learning from proven design systems, app guidelines and drawing inspiration from some of the best folks on the internet.
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Plan and implement new designs, create design assets, style guides. Collaborate closely with other designers and cross-functional teams and provide required support till the project completion
Create detailed user interaction flow and clickable functional prototype, micro-interactions, and motion graphics
Demonstrate design ideas and incorporate customer feedback and revision requests, and presenting updated versions
