- Design innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs across two or more platforms under the guidance of UX Specialist/ Lead II.
Skills Required
- Independently create UX designs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions on the design by working with other stakeholders
- Ability to provide UX/UI design and solutions
- Break down complex tasks into logical components
- Assists the lead in mentoring the team
- Share best practices within the team
- Follow high level of business etiquette in emails and other business communication
- Proactively ask for and offer help
- On time delivery with high quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with any of the usability testing tools or services
- Proficiency with any of the wireframing/prototyping tools
