JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ideal Candidate will have:
1. A great online portfolio of recent and current projects demonstrating experience in User Research, Interaction Design.
2. 0 to 1 year of hands on experience in designing for all digital mediums including web, mobile, desktop, and native software.
3. Ability to think conceptually while working with a team to bring creativity to a wide range of projects.
4. A talent for clearly and confidently presenting your work in front of both internal and external audiences.
5. Work at the early concept phase like creating and developing concept sketches.
6. Prepares low fidelity prototypes for mobile apps/websites (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
8. Great listening skills, with an open minded, collaborative, team-oriented approach to design.
9. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Willing to have fun and not take themselves too seriously
2. Excellent conceptual skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
3. Able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
4. Good presentation skills, ability to package complex material.
Qualifications:
Formal degree in Bachelor in Design/Master in Design/Communication Design/Applied arts with demonstrable experience towards digital design
