Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Create graphic user interface elements, like Banners, creatives or any imagery requirements related to website
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (will be considered as an advantage)
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess solid knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3
- Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
- Good time-management skills
