JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Skills/ Experience:
1. A great online portfolio of recent and current projects demonstrating experience in Visual Design, UI Design.
2. 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in designing for all digital mediums including web, mobile, desktop, and native software.
3. The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
4. Proven experience in graphic design, layout and typography skills
5. Proficiency in Designing Tools (Adobe Tools, Sketch etc.)
6. Knowledge of delivery process (slicing, layering, creating specs) is compulsory
7. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in challenging timeframes.
8. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
9. Attention to visual details
Preferred Skills:
1. Excellent conceptual skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
2. Self-Starter, able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
3. Good presentation skills, ability to package material.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Great listening skills, with an open minded, collaborative, team-oriented approach to design.
6. Familiarity with animations preferred.
Qualifications:
1. Must have Formal degree in Bachelor in Design (B.Des) / Master in Design (M.Des) with Specialization in Visual Communication Design.
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
