Fletch is a U.S. based technology firm building an open insurance ecosystem connecting consumer apps to insurance providers. The team has previously built global payment infrastructure at scale (processing $billions in transactions) and founded enterprise technology companies with solutions in commercial use by over 100 corporates.
Fletch has seen rapid traction (existing partnerships with leading U.S. insurance providers) and is backed by top global fintech VCs and angels. The team is now looking to scale further hiring & expansion.
Educational Qualifications: Degree / diploma in Visual Communication or relevant academic qualification along with Bachelor’s degree
Skills required
Should have designed world class UI/UX for web and mobile apps.
Should be able to create wireframes based on the requirements and then interact with the stakeholders to convert those mockups to actual screens.
Knowledgeable on contemporary UI designs.
Good communication skills to interact with US stakeholders
Significant experience in designing responsive user interfaces.
Experience preferable in designing UI/UX for a product.
Grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Experience to create the images, followed up with cutting of the images to HTML, JS and Style sheets is added advantage.
Technical Skill Required
Tools: WebFlow / InVision / Sketch, Figma and other tools for designing UI, Adobe tools UI designs.
