Job Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research to understand user’s objectives, what roadblocks they face, pain points, research on the “why” of the feedback user gives
- Create user personas and maintain them
- Conceptualise design and flow-based solutions which turn customer journey into a delight
- Turn concepts arising from research into low/high fidelity wireframes following the UX development lifecycle
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the UX design language, ensuring it is implemented uniformly
- Help UI, Dev and QA teams in the implementation cycle
- Conduct User Testing/ AB Testing to understand impact of what went live
Skills Required
- Done user research and user testing for a project which was end customer facing
- Created wireframes for a customer journey
- Worked with balasmiq, XD/Figma, Photoshop/Sketch
- Excellent communication skills, and use that to communicate the spirit of design and motivate UI designers and Developers and QA teams
- Manage your time well, working simultaneously on multiple projects at different levels of completion
- Creative, accurate, and precise in your work and your approach
