Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and create visually stunning designs that meet or exceed project requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with these guidelines
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, including the creation of wireframes, mockups, and final designs
- Create and maintain a library of design assets, including icons, graphics, and templates
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies and continually update design skills and knowledge
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction on their work
