Job Responsibilities
- Build and supervise a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and video editors in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
- Lead the Creative team to translate briefs into visually compelling output.
- Uphold the organization to the highest brand standards ensuring all creative output adheres with brand guidelines.
- Create procedures to ensure consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels.
- Review and approve creative development by the team, ensuring that deliverables effectively address objectives and challenges.
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs, establishing production schedules.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team on creative ideas that generate awareness for the brands.
