Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with clients’ business goals & grow brands on social media
- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging
- Develop strategies for different industry segments like Fashion, Restaurants, Education, eCommerce Websites, etc
- Generate new ideas for content creation
- Manage & lead a team of graphic designers to make sure content is designed as per the strategy
- Publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with client’s teams like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
