Job Responsibilities
- Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points
- Collaborating with cross‐functional teams such as product managers, developers to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs
- Collaborating with Team for Website designing, CRM & Application designing
- Conducting heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the user interface.
- Creating and maintaining design documentation and design assets.
- Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and user research ensuring consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface, including visual design, and interaction design.
