Job Responsibilities

  • Edit raw video footage and create high-quality video content that aligns with the project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience.
  • Enhance videos with visual effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to create engaging and impactful final products.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual narrative.
  • Trim and rearrange footage to optimize pacing and sequencing, ensuring a smooth flow and logical structure.
  • Select and incorporate suitable music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the overall video experience.
  • Conduct color correction, audio adjustments, and other post-production tasks to enhance video quality and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends, and recommend innovative ideas to improve video content.
  • Design visually appealing posters, banners, and promotional materials using graphic design software.
  • Create eye-catching and persuasive designs that effectively communicate key messages and engage the target audience.
  • Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines in all design deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an organized file management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of video and design assets.
  • Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:
  • Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Poster Designer or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, translating them into visually compelling video content and designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting processes for different platforms and purposes.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, incorporating their feedback into the final product.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and versatility in video editing and graphic design.
