Skills Required

• Ability to work, plan and strategise with multiple stakeholders like marketing, content, product and business for their requirements
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• A deep love for well-designed typefaces and the ability to use them in innovative manners
• Comfortable with vector and raster-based design tools
• Should have clarity in thought and articulation
• Comfortable working with Product Designers to create unique product experiences through art and design
• Understanding how Visual Branding impacts the business and digital products
• Ability to use the pen tool and elements of graphic design in creative ways and produce captivating artworks
• Should be able to understand and appreciate that chaos/randomisation is the only constant at a startup
