Job Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Generate design concepts, sketches, and mockups, and present them for approval.
- Design Execution: Create high-quality, effective graphic content, illustrations, Videos, and 3d Materials for print, digital, and multimedia projects.
- Brand Management: Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines, and provide creative solutions to meet brand objectives.
- Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other designers, copywriters, developers, and different departments of the organization to bring projects to life.
- Technical Skills: Use industry-standard software and tools to create designs, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, Knowledge in 3d and Motion Graphics video creation is an added advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on design trends and techniques, and seek ways to continuously improve and evolve their skills.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and training to help them grow and develop their skills and conduct regular review meetings with the team members.
- Should be able to play a pivotal role in the design process by utilizing their extensive knowledge and experience to create high-quality, impactful designs that align with the goals and objectives of the organization.
