Job Responsibilities:
- Good understanding digital products, mobile apps, websites
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Create UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, icons, UI specification and user stories
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Articulate design ideas, decisions and rationale
- Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and mockups
- Analyse data from business analytics and customer feedback to make and support design decisions
- Validate success post-launch through analytics and customer feedback
- Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice
- Must have experience in Sketch, FIGMA, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Coral draw and other designer tools
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and imagesExperience:
- 0 – 1 year of experience in Interaction Design, UX Design or UI Design
Skills and Must Haves:
- Portfolio of UX/UI design work
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge of UX and UI design principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with user testing and A/B testing
- Experience with Agile methodology
